We will miss three players when we take on Posta Rangers in a Kenyan Premier League match on Saturday 4th August at Camp Toyoyo Grounds.
Defender Nicholas Meja who missed the match against Kariobangi Sharks last weekend will sit out of the clash and he will be joined by midfield pair of David King’atua and Michael Luvutsi.
Coach Bernard Mwalala has confirmed that the trio will sit out of the match. The three could be joined by defender Bernard Odhiambo who is a doubt for the game.
“Meja started training on Tuesday but he won’t be ready for Posta game. King’atua too is injured, he has been struggling with an injury for three weeks now and he is definitely out of the game against Posta.
Luvutsi has an ankle injury and he will also miss the game. Odhiambo is a doubt, he has not trained but we are still monitoring him, “he said.
Coach is however not worried by the trio’s absence. The former Kenyan International believes other players will step up in their absence.
Confidence In Players
” When some players are out it’s a chance for those who don’t play much to grab the chance and show me that they deserve to start. I am not worried at all, I have full confidence in all my players, “he concluded.
Bandari will also welcome back defender Fred Nkata who missed the game against Kariobangi Sharks a week ago through suspension.
